Clarke, 49, began dating the twice-divorced 48-year old last summer after having met her at an Elton John party.

Miss Hoppen was once married to Sienna Miller`s father Ed and has also dated the footballer Sol Campbell.

In a recent interview with Hello! magazine, she declared she was "definitely in love" with the stylist.

But Clarke`s private life is complicated at best.

He raised eyebrows earlier this year while receiving an OBE at Buckingham Palace by bucking convention and opting to take his former wife and current business partner Lesley instead of his current partner.

The exes, who are parents to Harrison, 21, and Tellisa, 18, remain close - they live just four doors apart and occasionally take holidays together.
