Griggs began dating Stacey - a childhood friend - in 2002 at the same time as he was seeing PR girl Caroline Stanbury. But he appeared to have settled down with Stacey - days after Liberty was born in August 2002 he proposed to Stacey in hospital.
But in April last year she was said to have been "deeply hurt" when Ryan canceled their wedding plans saying the time wasn`t right. And last week their relationship seemed even more threatened when she ordered him out of their home.
In 2005, Stacey kicked Ryan to the curb after his alleged affair with another woman but eventually got back together, had another child, and married in 2007.
