"HOLLYWOOD - Jimmy Choo president Tamara Mellon and socialite Kimberly Stewart have embarked on a war of words after the shoe designer found out her boyfriend had been
photographed kissing Rod Stewart`s daughter.

Mellon and Girls Gone Wild producer Joe Francis have been dating for several months and were planning to spend a romantic few days in Francis` Mexico compound last month.

However, days before Mellon was due to board Francis` private jet to his hideaway, she discovered Francis and Stewart had been acting affectionate at the taping of Pamela Anderson`s Comedy Central roast--the same night he was due to have dinner with Mellon.


After a fuming Mellon called Francis to confirm she was flying to Mexico with him, she sent a messenger with photos of him and Stewart to `meet` him at the airport instead, reports PageSix.com.


A representative for Jimmy Choo says, "Apparently his jaw dropped, because
she had acted on the phone as if nothing was wrong. I don`t know why he thought no one would notice him with Kimberly."


Francis, who admits dating both women but denies he was jilted at the airport, responds, "Tamara is just f**ked off because she was embarrassed that PageSix reported she crashed Kim`s birthday party. She came up and threatened us at a party. It`s constant bickering back and forth between those two girls, and it needs to stop. I tried to get them together to talk out their differences."

Aspiring actress Stewart fires back, "There are so many more interesting things in the world than f**king Jimmy Choo. Maybe (Mellon) is just upset that I pulled up in Francis` Ferrari at Le Soleil."
