Benjamin Biolay started by composing for others. He had his first succes with "Rose Kennedy", a conceptual album. He married actress Chiara Mastroianni, with who he made the album "Home". They have a daughter together, Anna.
His last album, "Trash yéyé" is a big hit and his sound ressembles Gainsbourg a bit (and his attitude as well). He is considered as one of the best songwriter of his generation. |
