Actor. Born William Schlensker, Lee`s career on stage began at age two, appearing in and around Hollywood as a tap dancer. Lee appeared in some 39 movies from 1934 until 1943. His first significant role was as `Sonny Wellington` in "Wagon Wheels" when he was just four years old, though he is probably best remembered as `Lonnie McNeil` in "The Biscuit Eater." Lee was also a fine singer and dancer, appearing and singing with Bobby Breen in "Make A Wish." Lee died two months after his 59th birthday of a sudden heart attack.
