when a occurence destroyed quite of my life at age twenty, (death of mama,)- i had to leave the family and search the beyond for `freedom`. bob marley was played often at a popular boys` boarding school i boardered at in 93 plus other reggae faves. a small no: of girls allowed. my `icon` song from the legend is `i`m a rebel`, and `rastaman live up`.

Bob Marley did not die of brain cancer or skin cancer. Bob Marley died of a malignant toe injury. He had it stepped on with a cleat in a soccer game. He sadly failed to cure his injury and melanoma spread through his body and sadly ended his life on may 11 1981

let me let the world kno..bob when asked about mixed racial prejudice said he aint prehudice against himself, he dont think the white man side or black side right or wrong only GOD SIDE, he recognized his mixed ancestry but do not get it twisted he self identified as a black african thoughout his songs black survival/ buffalo solider throughout his interviews he said we blacks and the white man , get over it people he knows he`s mixed he choose to identofy more with black community and rasta.....so it doenst matter how people identify him, he already identified himself

Bob`s was self identified as BLACK. Does not negate being of other ethnic background. BLACK as of the African diaspera by atlantic slave trade.
