Brad Penny Biography
Bradley Wayne Penny (born May 24, 1978) is an American starting pitcher in Major League Baseball for the Boston Red Sox. Penny has spent portions of his career with the Florida Marlins and Los Angeles Dodgers. On January 9, 2009, Penny signed a one-year deal with the Boston Red Sox with a base salary of $5M. Incentives and performance bonuses can increase the total deal another $3M.
