It was somebody got better service because of their relationship to the Department of Water Management. As far as an apology, I believe it was necessary to prove we did the right thing. Carpets offer a continuity between now and the past. We had 500 critical-care patients. We had only three deaths. I`ll take each case as it comes. I don`t know what direction council wants to go. That obviously will be a huge factor for candidates both internal and external. We weren`t racking up the margins we needed in the Bull Run-Linton Hall area. In the areas where Kilgore should have been making up ground, he tied. | ||
