Chelsea Smith made her first on-screen performance in 2004 with a guest spot on Fox sitcom "Oliver Beene" (2003) and with a voice work in the TV movie The Mystery of Natalie Wood (2004) (TV). Chelsea`s first break out role on the silver screen was at age 8 in the romantic comedy The 40 Year Old Virgin (2005). Chelsea was cast as Julia, opposite Steve Carell, Catherine Keener and Paul Rudd. Chelsea also appeared in an episode of Lifetime`s medical drama created and produced in part by comedienne Whoopi Goldberg, "Strong Medicine" (2000). Recently, TV audiences could catch her in an episode of Fox`s sitcom starring film actor Brad Garrett and newcomer actress Kat Foster, "`Til Death" (2006). The following month, she appeared as young Summer in an episode of Fox`s teen drama "The O.C." (2003) Chelsea enjoys gymnastics, tennis, ice skating, kayaking, karate, and spending time with her friends and family. An honor role student born in Lake Arrowhead, California, Smith`s older brother, Wyatt Smith is also an actor.
