 Once the ball hits your hands, the next thing should be the ball leaving your hands. Honestly, I hope it`s just a paperwork problem. I haven`t seen any patterns to suggest anything else. It`s free points. We`ve just been having a lot of free throw shooting practices and it`s helping. To sum it all up, it`s about repetition. The less movement the better.
