 Had the tattoo of his ex-wife`s name removed from his back after they got divorced. Born on the same day as Oasis singer Liam Gallagher. Has a little girl named Sophia Aurora. Drummer for the band Korn. He and his ex-wife Shannon own a restaurant in California called Tuna Town. Has 4 tattoos: on his upper right arm he has a face with a drum stick through its tongue, on his upper left arm he has a cheshire cat, on his back he has the Korn logo and his wife`s name. Has a son David Jr., born August 22, 1997. David had thought about opening up a restaraunt for a while, and he finally opened up a sushi bar called Tuna Town in 2000 (?). David`s ex-wife Shannon worked as a bartender. If you caught the MTV Diary of Korn II, you would have seen it. The inside is decorated with gold/platinum records from bands such as Korn, Metallica, Offspring, Pink, & Snoop Dogg to name a few. David is the instigator of the group, also he`s fun to party with. David and Jonathan were trying to get the then-minors in Silverchair drunk but were always getting caught by the parents of Silverchair. David went backstage after the incident in North Dakota and got bandaged up and the guys came back out and David took the mic and told the fans "I`m afraid we`ve got some bad news, I fucked up my wrist trying to play". Head remembered on "Deuce" that the crowd started booing in disbelief, but David turned it around saying "We could have had someone else come up and tell you guys but we came up ourselves" and the boos turned to cheers and clapping. David had to undergo surgery to remove and extra rib which was causing nerve problems in his left arm. His wrist gave out in Fargo, ND during the song It`s Gonna Go Away. He was out for the rest of the Sick and Twisted 2000 and Summer Sanitarium Tours. Mike Bordin filled in for David. David has since returned for Untouchables and beyond (David`s explanation: "I hit too fucking hard!") David appeared in his first acting debut, on the television show Martial Law. David has modeled for clothing lines like 26 Red, Grind, and Calvin Klein. Tommy Lee is David`s biggest influence. David is responsible for signing Orgy to their own-record label Elementree Records. They had been long-time friends with Korn so David signed them up. David`s favorite songs from Follow The Leader and Issues are B.B.K. (FTL), and Beg For Me (Issues). David didn`t start taking his instrument seriously until Korn was formed. David took a job at Pizza Hut after the demise of L.A.P.D. David plays on Tama drums and Paiste cymbals. David played alongside Infectious Grooves, and Suicidal Tendencies as side-projects. Some say that David is the shy member of Korn. David is the youngest member in Korn. David started playing the drums when he was 9 years old. He got his first drumkit at the age of 13. He taught himself most of the stuff he knows now. | ||
