 I`ve heard that the wind is supposed to go down. I hope the report is right. I think it`s something that`s really shocking to the university, but I think it`s also very important to remember that despite the fact that this is a big Butler scandal, sort of, there`s a victim behind it all and that`s what really matters. Let?s just say you?re not going to see these books at the public library. Academics always come first, that is why they`re here. Lately, at least once a week, an organization is contacting me to try to get information about the program and get brochures, ?Free Space? is space in our building that anyone in the community is welcome to use. The idea is to come out strong. This is a conference game, so you have to play harder now. I think this is a very exciting opportunity for people to dress up and go out and have a good time. It`s also for a good cause. The shelter really needs the support of the communities it serves. It amazes me how many people don`t know about the shelter and the service it provides. I encourage everyone to support it. A number of people have been touched by Community Compact efforts. Reasonable accommodations could be as simple as a (uniquely shaped) pencil, an extra 15-minute break or a special computer screen, and employers don`t know that. | ||
