John Ervic Manalo Vijandre or simply Ervic Vijandre is a Filipino varsity athlete and model. He recently graduated from De La Salle University - Manila’s Bachelor of Arts in Philippine Studies, major in Filipino in Mass Media (AB-PHM) undergraduate program.

He is a native from Taguig City who went to St. Francis of Assiss College - Taguig Campus for his elementary and secondary education. He then attended the “Green & White” University where he played for the school’s men’s softball team (DLSU Green Batters) and popular men’s basketball team (DLSU Green Archers - Team B).

Ervic was in the news recently for having been linked to GMA7’s new female lead Marian Rivera. The two were reportedly seen together in several events as of late especially during the holiday season. They were allegedly also seen at the Alabang Town Center to watch Marian’s movie, Desperadas. Some sources, however, claim that the two are former lovers but are now very good friends.

The 6′2″-tall moreno hunk recently walked the ramp at the Be Bench: The Model Search Finals Night together with Carlo Guevarra, Ron Morales, and other Bench models namely: Jake Cuenca, Bruce Quebral, Marx Topacio, Marvin Wijangco and Andrew Wolff,
