Gail McKenna (born 30 December 1968 in Liverpool) is a British television presenter and a former Page Three girl and glamour model.

Gail Mckenna career started at age 16 when she did a photoshoot with some amatuer photographers. She eventually became a Page Three Girl for various tabloids such as The Sun and The Daily Mirror.

Gail McKenna is best known for her Page Three girl and a glamour model doing full frontal nudity for softcore pornographic magazines.

She had an uncredited role of a waitress in Consuming Passions (1988), and since 1992 became a regular television presenter. Gail has become a born-again Christian and no longer poses nude.
