Believe it or not I have never seen West Side Story. I am 50 but just never did see it. I thought he did great in Diamond Head and have a copy and watch it often.

George is one of my favorites of all time. I just watched Kings of the Sun several days ago and it was great. When I see George in older movies, it makes me appreciate actors such as he even more. I DO NOT go to todays movies. Give me an oldie anytime. George may be older today, but he certainly is one of the best. I still have a crush on him even today.

I though George Chakiris was very tatlented in the movie. I am a very big fan of him a lot, I just think West Side Story rocks to him that he really loved being in the movie

I was madely in love with George Chakiris; as a young girl, I plastered my bedroom walls with tons of his photos from movie magazines. Just recently, I discovered that he is gay. Isn`t it funny that so many years later in my life, it gave me a sinking feeling. He was my hero. I still love him and think him to be the most beautiful person on the planet!!
