Gidget Gein (born Bradley Stewart, September 11, 1969 – October 8, 2008) was an American musician. He was the second bassist for Alternative metal band Marilyn Manson, during which time his stage name was created through the fusion of the names of Gidget and Ed Gein.
After being clean from drugs and alcohol for a year Gein accidentally died of a heroin overdose on Wednesday Oct 8, 2008 at a friends home in Burbank, California. Since Gidget`s body was found on Thursday, October 9, 2008, many have incorrectly assumed that he passed ON October 9th. At the time of his death Gein was recording an album with record producer Dave Jerden, in a television deal with Roxane Davis for "Bag Boy" and had been contracted to publish his art.
