She`s daughter of banker Antonio Carlos de Almeida Braga and Luiza Konder. She`s the first child/daughter of her father with her mom. Yonguest sister named Maria Konder de Almeida Braga.
She`s a Brasilian journalist. In 2001 made the Geração Magazine with her friends Antonia Leite Barbosa and Mariana Salim.
Joana is heir of Brazil` an greatest fortunes as member of clan Almeida Braga, who her father is the patriarch and granddaughter of a greatest intellectuals of Brazil, the late Valério Konder.
After retirement of her father in 1986, moved with her parents & sister to Europe - Lisboa and Paris. In 1998 moved with her family to New York, where graduated in psychology from New York Univesity.

In June/2007 moved to New York with husband and their baby. Since November lives with new family in Miami.
