Yulia Olegovna Volkova (born 20 February 1985) is a member of the two-girl group t.A.T.u., usually known as Julia Volkova. They are notorious for shocking the public and trying to break taboos by performing on stage in only their underwear. Volkova is known for being the "bad girl" of the group.
Yulia likes to play tennis and she can play piano and guitar. She is also a classically trained musician. In May 2004, Volkova announced that she was pregnant with long-time boyfriend Pavel (Pasha) Sidorov`s child. She gave birth to her first child, Viktoria, on September 23, 2004. Volkova split up with Sidorov in spring 2005, but didn`t stay single for long - while recording a new album for t.A.T.u., she started dating Tigran - a Russian- American businessman and in year she met parviz jasinov and after they dated yulia got pregnant with a boy ,she gave birth at 2008 and they named it samir (sam).Rumers say that they got married but it`s still not for sure... |

Appeared in the Children's show Eralash (Mess) at age 11. Member of duet t.A.T.u. with Lena Katina. The members of t.A.T.u. were under an extremely tight contract when they started out. It dictated what they did, said, and even what they felt. Volkova was told to ignore questions from reporters, frown, and look clearly upset to further the contrast between herself and band-mate, Lena Katina. Julia was part of a Russian children's singing group called Neposedi, when she was young. Her parents are Oleg Viktorovich Volkov and Larissa Viktorovna Volkova. She is an only child.
