 I`m hoping that some of you will become leaders. We`re just waiting for direction from the federal level. We put one person up last night, This (the delayed response to Hurricane Katrina`s victims) is everybody`s fault. We`ve got more (volunteers ) in the pipeline. We are aggressively calling (the national chapter) to tell them we have people (ready) to go. We are here because we believe there is one who we trust by faith, who loves us and cares for us and can redeem us, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. The time and knowledge that Joe gave to the park was immeasurable. It far outweighed what he donated in terms of physical materials, and in the process I gained a wonderful friend. To be honest I am more focused on getting into the side here at the Borders that worrying about Scotland right now. There is so much strength in the back row at this club. I feel that we definitely have the squad here that can win games whereas last year we were not quite equipped for the job. We have made a few signings and I see no reason why we can`t win a few matches. The players are really close, probably more so than last year. The Sevens had a really big impact on my game in terms of skills and fitness levels, there is just no place to hide and it`s a real test of your rugby ability. It`s feels great to be home, ... Having been in Atmore for almost 10 years, those years will be with me and my family forever. In many ways Atmore will always be home. | ||
