(On being sawed in half by magician Hans Klok) It`s something I`d always wanted to have a go at, and it was so amazing when he pulled the box apart and I saw my bottom half sat there on the other side of the stage. Did it hurt when he sawed through me? No, I never felt a thing - although the divider blades were a bit cold when he put them in before pulling me apart!... Magic Trivia Part of the entertainment at her wedding reception was a magician, who entertained the guests by performing the illusion of sawing the bride in half. Since getting married, she`s usually been credited under her married name of Lara Lewis. Besides presenting the weather on Channel 5 news, she`s also their main entertainment reporter. At the end of her interview with Dutch magician Hans Klok, she finally achieved one of her ambitions - becoming a magician`s assistant - when Hans sawed her in half.
