Biography Distinctive Features Murilo Ben�cio Ribeiro (born July 13, 1972, in Niter�i, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) is a Brazilian television/film actor. He was the star of Amores Poss�veis (2001) (Possible Loves) which won the Jury award for Latin American cinema at the Sundance Film Festival. More recently he starred in Homem do Ano, O (2003) (Man of the Year). He was married to Alessandra Negrini, and they have a son Antonio. He is quoted for saying that Charlie Chaplin inspired him as a young boy to be an actor. His favorite author is Cervantes.
