 I felt like I had her there. Of course, if you come back from five match points, no way you are going to lose. When I?m ready, I would like to start serving. I know she does it and it?s her way, but I think on the serve, you should go with the pace of the server. She needs the time, I guess. I don?t think it?s really to break my rhythm or something, it?s just that she needs it. She puts huge pressure on me. She is so present on the court. She really forces you back. It`s tough to get the rallies going and move her around. I think it was just generally that my footwork was really not good. I just felt uncomfortable moving around the court. I was missing the small steps to really have a good position and move good and come back in the games and to defend. So that was frustrating that I never got better. When I`m ready, I would like to start serving. I know she does it and it`s her way, but I think on the serve, you should go with the pace of the server. She needs the time, I guess. I don`t think it`s really to break my rhythm or something, it`s just that she needs it. In the end, it comes down to a few big points. If you make them, you win. I know that she does it and that`s her way. I was not too much asking the umpire to speed things up because I know it`s her way, but still, I think on the serve, you should go with the pace of the server. I think just generally, my footwork was really not good and it was uncomfortable to move around the court. My serve was on. She struggled a bit with her reach, but I am happy with the way I played. I can feel it happening. I (could) tell after I lost in the French Open to Mary Pierce. She had an unbelievable run and I played close. But close is not good enough for me. I want to get to a final. | ||
