I think when Rick met Barbie he didn`t date any one else. He knew she was the one he was going to marry oneday and did. They been married a very long time(24 years) and that tells me that is what true love is all about. She is a very lucky lady and should be very proud too.

do you people live under rocks ? Diane Lane is one of the most accomplished and classy actresses of the last 2 decades . Have you seen a movie since 1980? They also could have possibly dated, and actually would have been more equally paired then some "groupy" Anywho, its really their business isnt it?

Actually, Rick`s birthday is August 23, NOT 24! According to that skank groupie Connie Hamzy, they had an "encounter" not that it`s anything to bragging about or dredging up now. He did date Linda Blair but that was eons ago...so it`s irrelevant. I don`t know who in the hell this Diane Lane person is or if it`s true at all. I doubt it. The important thing here? Rick`s been HAPPILY married to Barbie since 1984...such a long term marriage is RARE in the rock world, so they`re to be congratulated, rather than have all that past trash spewed here, if you ask me.

FYI- Rick and Barbara Porter dated/lived together for THREE YEARS prior to being married 10/84. Their first son Liam was born the day after their first wedding anniversary, and second son Josh was born 3/89.

Of course, he is happily married. In my opinion, Diane Lane is total lie of the gutter press. But what about the first one? Who Is Connie Hamzy? I know only about two Rick`s "serious" relationships with Linda Blair (although it couldn`t be so serious with her) and his current wife Barbara P.

WTF? Rick`s been married to BARBARA PORTER since Oct 27, 1984...and they have TWO sons together. They were engaged probably for all that year at least...so who in the hell is this other person your website claiming he dated in `84, this Diane Lane? That`s a total lie, I`m sure!
