Ryan Ochoa (born May 17, 1996) is an American teen actor who appeared and guest starred as Chuck Chambers in iCarly episode "iHurt Lewbert". He is the older brother of Raymond Ochoa and Robert Ochoa. The actors who most inspire him are Jim Carrey, Dwayne Johnson, Leonardo DiCaprio, Georges Melies and Johnny Depp. His character Chuck also returned in the episode iReunite with Missy, and in iTwins.

Besides acting, his favorite sports are basketball,football, and baseball. While filming The Perfect Game (2008) he became not only a teammate, but best friends with Jake T. Austin, Clifton Collins, Jr., Moises Arias, Jansen Panettiere and Christian Fortune. He was also good friends with Jennette McCurdy and seen in McCurdy`s Youtube channel "mebejennette" in the video "On Set Schoolroom Tour (with my great friend RYAN OCHOA....PLUS, meet my awesome teacher!!!)". Ryan also likes to direct, act and produce in his spare time. He made a video on his youtube channel "1CrazyRyRy" called "Superhero" about a boy who reads comics books everyday, Reggie (played by Ochoa) and one day gets the power from a comic book and becomes a superhero. He is friends with The Perfect Game co-star Christian Fortune and he appears in his YouTube videos. He appeared in The Perfect Game as Norberto. He will have a part in A Christmas Carol alongside his brother Raymond. He has appeared in three episodes of iCarly as Chuck ("iReunite with Missy", "iHurt Lewbert" and "iTwins").
