Sharise Ruddell grew up in Orange County, California. She had an interest in surfing and was the only girl in her high school surf team.

After high school she made her way to Los Angeles and worked there as a stripper and mud wrestler at the club named Tropicana. She met her coming husband Vince Neil, the singer of Mötley Crüe, as he used to invite female mud wrestlers to wrestle for him and his guests to his house.
When they started dating in 1987 Sharise stopped dancing and mud wrestling. Vince also offered to give her money to quit those. They got married in April 1988 and Sharise changed her last name to Neil.

They had one child together. Daughter Skylar Lynnae Neil was born in 26th March 1991.

The love of designing came to her while helping Vince, design stage outfits and jackets for high profile magazine covers such as Rolling Stone. It was no longer after that she was designing original pieces for upscale boutiques on Sunset Boulevard.
In the 90`s she designed a line of swimsuits called Exposed, cross-marketed with Vince`s solo album with the same name.

Vince and Sharise separated in 1993 and she took a break from designing and became one of Hollywood`s premier club promoters.

In April 1995 Vince`s and Sharise`s only child Skylar was diagnosed with stomach cancer. She passed away in August at the age of four. Vince and Sharise also got their official divorce completed.

Sharise has had her own design companies such as NA-NA and her newest company Pink Polka Dot has been a huge success. It`s been sold across US, Japan and Canada and worn by many Hollywood celebrities.
