Steve Rushton shot to fame in 2006 when he was chosen to be in the band `Son Of Dork`, organised by James Bourne, formally of Busted.
Steve Rushton is an energetic, pop-punker from England who is ready to unleash his music on the world. The twenty-one year old moved to Los Angeles last year to work on his debut album and has recently spent time in the studio with producer John Fields (Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato). The album will be available this summer on Hollywood Records. Steve may be a recent LA transplant, but he is no stranger to the Disney Channel family. He has two songs on the Hannah Montana Soundtrack due out in April and even a cameo in the film. He also sings the theme song to The Suite Life on Deck, the follow up to the hit series The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. The new single, "Emergency," is featured in the upcoming Race to Witch Mountain film, and Radio Disney just gave the track an 80% "pick it" in the Music Mailbag.
