Kimberly Noel Kardashian is one of the three daughters of lawyer Robert Kardashian. Kardashian`s media attention has been primarily attributed to her close friendship with Paris Hilton, the famous men she has dated and her frequent appearances around the Los Angeles club scene.

She was married to Damon Thomas of production team, The Underdogs, from age 19 to 22.

Kardashian has been reported in the tabloid press for her friendship with Paris Hilton. She has also been the subject of attention due to a graphic sex tape of Kardashian and her then-boyfriend Ray J. Prior to the release of this film, Kardashian announced her intention to pursue legal action to block distribution of the tape.

This was the first public acknowledgment of the existence of the tape, which she had previously denied. Despite the impending lawsuit, adult retailers started offering the tape for pre-order in February 2007.

Vivid Video made the sex tape available online in March 2007.[6] On April 30, 2007, Kardashian settled with Vivid Entertainment, who paid $1 million to an unidentified source for the video. Vivid will hand over nearly $5 million to Kardashian and stop distributing the tape by the end of May 2007.

In July, reports surfaced that Kardashian would be posing for Playboy[8] although it has not been confirmed whether or not she will be nude.

On August 8, 2007 lalate.com reported Kardashian signed with Ryan Seacrest Productions to have her own reality series for Fall 2007 on E! Entertainment!!!
