Craig Ferguson (born May 17, 1962) is a Scottish-American television host, stand-up comedian, writer, and actor. He is the present host of CBS`s The Late Late Show, a role that earned him an Emmy nomination in 2006. Ferguson played the office boss Nigel Wick on The Drew Carey Show from 1996 to 2003 and is the author of the 2006 novel Between the Bridge and the River.

Ferguson became an American citizen on February 1, 2008. Clips from his citizenship ceremony were aired the following week during The Late Late Show on February 4, 2008.
