He`s definitely a must-have. I definitely think he makes our defense better. He has explosiveness and quickness almost like a running back coming off the line. He`s as fast as I am.

As an offense we`re not, in my opinion, upholding our end.

A lot of teams would`ve gone in the tank. We weren`t going to let one bad game ruin our season.

We had a little chip on our shoulder after what we did last week.

I think we had fun out there. The last game (in Kansas City), it was obvious, we weren`t having fun.

I just think he`s as smart a player as I`ve come across. I don`t think he necessarily has the quickest feet — he`s not a Michael Vick — and he may not throw like Dan Marino. But he`s smart enough to get the ball where it needs to be at the right time.

I don`t think you`ll ever talk to Chad and he`ll say that he`s at his best, ... because he`s always pushing it.
