Maybe we are not as quick as McLaren still, but I definitely think we can be closer than in recent races.

There was some possibility to keep the same engine but unfortunately at the end they decided to change it,

I was quite conservative, never pushed to the limit except at the end when Rubens was catching me.

I don`t really understand what happened.

I am a little bit disappointed but I did my best and it was a good day for us because we took over the lead on the constructors championship,

I am a bit disappointed for that especially considering that I was pretty happy with my qualifying lap. But I have a good speed and I have a good potential to recover some positions.

There was much less grip out there today than we had at the test, which can be seen from the lap times ? we are more than a second slower than last week. That meant the car was a bit tricky to drive, but we can fix that tomorrow morning. Overall, I think McLaren probably have the advantage over us ? but we are where we expected to be.

I think we can go to Brazil feeling very optimistic,

Today is my birthday and the crew surprised me with a cake. But this was not the best present I got from the team. That was the new car, which felt good on the track. I did a few runs in the afternoon and everything went well.

This was just not our weekend.
