I think we need to be thinking about where we will be in 10 years, ... I`ve seen several attempts to move into the future and adapt into our changing business models stymied at every turn. I think we all need to sit down and start working together.

We always need to get a better deal,

They always want everything, but when you are in a labor organization, the odds are you aren`t going to get everything, ... At some point, you have to know when to hold them and when to fold them for the long-term benefit of your members.

I`m tired of all the nastiness?. We need to sit down together and find some consensus.
