JUST IN: Both charges against Howard K. Stern in the Anna Nicole Smith drug case have been dismissed by the judge. Stern -- Smith's former lawyer boyfriend -- plus doctors Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich were accused of illegally providing drugs to Smith. They all pleaded not guilty to the charges. Dr. Kapoor was acquitted of all counts against him. Stern was found guilty on two counts of conspiracy to ...
