Jason Statham sells bachelor pad

Jason Statham has sold his Los Angeles bachelor pad for $2.7 million so he can move in with his model girlfriend Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

The British beauty joined her hunky boyfriend in California after landing her first movie role in the latest "Transformers" film, and they are currently building their dream home together in L.A.

Now Statham, who put his house on the market in May, has found a new owner just in time for the pair to move in together.

A source tells Digital Spy, "The house has a very macho feel to it. You can (imagine) that Jason would have felt comfortable there. The decor is sleek and modern.
