Mark Tacher and Cecilia Galliano have apparently been hooking up for a while but they have been wanting to keep it quiet.
Why? Because she recently only recently separated from hunk Sebastian Rulli.
Too bad for them that Mark˘s brother, Hoy host Alan Tacher, confirmed that they are indeed dating and that he thinks they make a great couple.
If celebs want to keep things secret they should tell their families to also to be hush hush about it.
So, no we ask…is this an upgrade or a downgrade for Cecilia?
