Poor little one.
One of Jorge Salinas¡ son, they haven¢t revealed which of the two it is, will need a second surgery after suffering a terrible accident a few days ago.
The boy was somehow struck by a rusted piece of metal near his eye last week.
He will undergo another operation and we wish him all best.
