Whitney Houston Emergency Caller Never Reached 911 Directly

After Whitney Houston was found facedown in a bathtub, hotel security received a call from a woman in the singer's room who kept hanging up.

As a result, the emergency operator was never able to relay CPR instructions directly to anybody in the singer's suite at the Beverly Hilton, according to a tape of the 911 call.
