Britney Spears steps out in 'love' shirt amid reports Jason Trawick ended engagement due to 'concerns over her mental health'
She might be newly single, but it seems Britney Spears still believes in love.
The singer had the word emblazoned on her chest and 'I am love' on her back as she made a coffee run in Los Angeles early on Monday.
Her outing came amid new reports that Jason Trawick ended their relationship due to his concerns about her mental health.
FOX411′s Pop Tarts column reported that Jason made the decision after a lot of thought.
'It has really been in motion awhile,' a source told the column. 'Jason has been very stressed and concerned for Britney and what she might do if he left.
