Kelly Osbourne and her beau Matthew Mosshart are reportedly engaged to be married, Us Weekly reports!
The 28-year-old E! fashion correspondent and her 29-year-old love supposedly made it official a few weeks before Christmas.
“Kelly is the happiest she’s ever been,” a source told the mag. “Her career is going well, and she’s in a healthy relationship with a wonderful guy.”
Over the Christmas holiday, Matthew took Kelly On a secret trip!
