Eli Manning‘s home team is expanding.

The New York Giants quarterback and wife Abby are expecting their second child in June, PEOPLE confirms.

The couple, who married in April 2008 in Mexico, are already parents to daughter Ava Frances, who turns 2 on Thursday.

“The greatest thing about being a dad is that you never realize you can love something immediately in your life,” Manning, 32, told PEOPLE last June.

“The first time that you see your daughter ... every day, just wanting to be around her and telling her that you love her.”
