Russell Simmons has threatened to fire a writer on his entertainment blog, after they outed his rumoured secret relationship with Victoria Secret Model Angela Bellotte.
The rap mogul attended the Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards earlier this week, accompanied by the model. Despite this public appearance, Russell apparently wanted to keep the relationship a secret and was fuming after the photographs were published on his website Globalgrind.com.
After feeling the wrath of Russell, a blogger wrote on the website: "This afternoon while GlobalGrind was having our daily meeting, Russell Simmons walked in and told us his personal life was off limits."
The 53 year-old decided to further express his anger, by venting on his Twitter page. "I told the f***ers not to put this up, someone is getting fired today."
However, the yoga fan soon had a change of heart and later wrote: "Looking back at that tweet, that wasn't very yogic of me. I'm not mad at anyone over this anymore.
