I live in Baltimore Maryland and work about six blocks away from the 2 O'Clock Club. I live in Baltimore County, near Carroll County where Miss Starr was/is living. She use to sell her jewelry in Eldersburg at the Carrolltown Mall. This is where I met her several years back. She was a very nice lady and we took a picture together. We talked about the Block and she signed my paperback of her book. She also gave me a necklace that she had made. Again, very sweet person.
You really should do your research before you tell a story sometimes!
