Beautiful TV star Charlotte Dawson is dating a man less than half her age – and she couldn’t be happier. Friends say the 47-year-old hasbeen secretly dating handsome real-estate agent Tyrone Corban, 23, for the past two months, only recently going public with the relationship.
“Age has never been a factor,” Tyro tells Woman’s Day. “I’ve admired Charlotte for years and she is just such a gorgeous girl. I think she is beautiful inside and out and I feel extremely lucky to be dating her. She is beautiful, smart, sexy, funny and a great cook! What more could you ask for?”
The “blissfully happy” couple, who met through mutual friends, went almost unnoticed at the TV Week Logies a fortnight ago in Melbourne, where Tyro also escorted the glamorous Australia’s Next Top Model judge to several other A-list events.
But there was no hiding their love when they were spotted arm-in-arm enjoying unexpected sunshine on Sydney’s waterfront last week. “They were kissing and cuddling and looked so happy,” reports one onlooker. Charlotte, who celebrated her 47th birthday earlier this month with Tyro, has never had an issue with dating younger men and is arguably one of Australia’s pioneering cougars, given her relationship history.
