Lovely! Deanna was cute but sort of awkward when she first started out but she grew up to be so beautiful! So talented and has a wonderful voice! If you don`t have a cd of her singing, I highly suggest it. I do and it is great fun!

Hi Deanna: I have admired you since the 40`s. You were always my ideal. In fact I even had an appointment with Andre DiSegrola for a tryout. My goal was to be able to sing just like you. However I went into dancing and now I am teaching tap. Thanks for the memories.

Edna Mae Durbin (December 4, 1921 – c. April 20, 2013), known professionally as Deanna Durbin, was a Canadian-born American actress and singer, who appeared in musical films in the 1930s and 1940s. With the technical skill and vocal range of a legitimate lyric soprano, she performed everything from popular standards to operatic arias.
