Cooper have the best of the best in Hollywood

pikaiapikaiaSep 3, 2018

Oh, I love him! He was the actual best. The biggest Legend among legends. His personal life might have been messy (understatement of the year), but I also find it really amusing. I mean, there is a reason his wife looked so unbothered by his philandering (other than the embarrassing flop affair with P. Neal). It looks like they had an open marriage, much more open on his side, of course. It makes sense that after a passionate relationship with a woman like Lupe Velez, he'd approach something as serious as a marriage from a more calculating state of mind: a capable level-headed housewife, who would allow him to look for romance and sex elsewhere, as long as it was discreet.

As with MOST men, Coop had the itch.. Bored with his wife after 20+ yrs of marriage. He was a beautiful man physically, woman throwing themselves at his feet. He couldn't resist Neal tho~ Neal/Coop fell deeply in love. His daughter Maria is THEE only reason Coop did not leave/divorce Rocky. Many yrs later Maria ran into Neal and slapped her across the face for causing her mother enormous pain during the Neal/Coop affair. Neal was no gold digger. Coop is as much to blame as Neal. Neal wasn't married, Coop was!!

mammyblueFeb 13, 2018

@ Francis Burke Also btw when do you get this info that Pat Neal was a gold digger ? And " brief encounter " ? That wasn't a brief encounter as they were together for almost 3 years. Wtf ?? Since when a years long affair is considered a breif encounter? Also she wasn't demanding or she wouldn't have put up with his sh*t and even aborted their child and tolerated his cheating. It is one thing to dislike someone and an other thing completely to make things up . It is you who dislike Neal not Gary lol . Ohh and if he was so very much in love with his wife he wouldn't cheat on her on a regular basis, have a years long affair with Pat , separate from her and even after breaking up with Neal it took him 2 other years to go back to his wife . If he was Sooo in love why did it took him over 2 years to come back home and why did he cheat on her ( as usual ) even after the reconciliation ( Anita Ekberg says hi ) .

mammyblueFeb 13, 2018

When a men f*cks around on his wife he just can't resist temptation/ is surrounded by too many beautiful women ect ect but when a woman does it she is a wh*re . Wives are also encouraged by society to put up with their husband's cheating as long as they remain " the wife" lol but a husband putting up with his wife's cheating is considered a weak man ( or a cuck ) . If Cooper was the Tiger Woods of his day than he was ill and he needed help for his addiction not encouragement ( yes tolerance of his affairs was in a way encouragement) . I don't know about love because imo it can't exist without peace/stability or respect . He definitely loved himself tho that's for sure ( and his daughter ) . As for the rest he didn't love any on his women enough to commit himself.
