Hiba Azim Daraghmeh, a Palestinian woman, was one of the suicide bombers who attacked the Kanyon ha-Amakim shopping mall at Afula on May 19, 2003. She belonged to Palestinian Islamic Jihad. The attack left three Israelis dead and 50 wounded. She was 19 years old at the time of her death and is believed to have been avenging her brother who died in an Israeli prison.
