Her daughter Tatiana was born 17 March 1997 to London-based US investment banker Warren Walker. She and Walker have had several court appearances over custody, and Stark sued Walker for US$50 million in 2000 in New York for his alleged failure to care for his daughter and causing her emotional distress, and for breach after he changed his mind about marrying her. In 2001 the FBI confiscated her passport for failure to allow Walker access.
