It was rumored that Kourtney and Scott were secretly seeing each other around August 2018 - October 2020, and that their get-togethers only intensified after Scott and Sofia Richie broke up. Neither party has confirmed any of the allegations though.
Kourtney met Scott Disick in the summer of 2006, when they met at friend (and Kourtney's ex) Joe Francis' house party in Mexico. Scott kept pursuing Kourtney until she finally gave in and agreed to start dating each other. The couple have had an on-again, off-again relationship since 2007, all throughout the filming of the show. Kourtney gave birth to their first son, Mason Dash Disick, on December 14, 2009. Mason's birth, by Beverly Hills doctor Paul Crane, was filmed and aired during the 4th season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
In early 2010, the couple temporarily moved to Miami with their son and Kourtney's sister Kim. During this time, Kourtney believed Disick had an alcohol problem. After regularly attending therapy and temporarily giving up alcohol, Disick and Kourtney reconciled and they continued their relationship in mid-2010.
In 2011, during the final episode in the first season of Kourtney and Kim Take New York, Disick purchased an engagement ring and planned to propose to Kourtney during an evening meal in New York City. However, when Disick asked Kourtney's opinion on marriage, she said that she responded with "if things are so good now... why would we want to change that?", so he did not propose. On July 8, 2012, Kourtney gave birth to their second child, daughter Penelope Scotland Disick.
In June 2014, it was announced that the couple were expecting their third child together. Kourtney gave birth on December 14, 2014, to their third child, a son, Reign Aston Disick, which was also on Mason's fifth birthday.

Declaring her independence over July 4th weekend, Kourtney Kardashian has split from her longtime love, Scott Disick, Us Weekly confirms.
“She really has had it this time,” a source tells Us Weekly of the reality star, 36, who spent the holiday weekend with her three children in Malibu, Calif.
It all began when Disick, 32, traveled to the South of France where he was spotted getting intimate with his ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli on a yacht. They were photographed feeding each other and getting too close for comfort.
An onlooker tells Us that Disick was a "drunken mess" and was "flirting heavily" with Bartoli at the Monte-Carlo Beach Club in Monaco.
"There was no trying to hide how handsy they were," the eyewitness tells Us. "They were all over each other and so blatant. They were feeding each other with their own forks. She was nuzzling her head on his shoulder, and he was stroking her arm and thighs."
Disick apparently "freaked out" when he saw photographers and began pounding Domaine d'Ott rose wine by the pool, drinking several bottles in just a few hours.
The father of three dated Bartoli in 2006 and prior to her first pregnancy with son Mason.
"He was hot and heavy with Chloe for a brief time," another source tells Us.

Yes, it's time to celebrate, Keeping Up With the Kardashians fans...Two sources have confirmed to E! News that Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are officially back together.
We're told they've been back on for a few months, and while they're not living together, they've been spending lots of time together.
One insider tells us,
"They are back together and giving their relationship a try again."
So what's the cause of the rekindling? The source notes, "Scott's mellowed out a lot and hasn't been partying."
