The latest rumor is that former Miss Universe and Bollywood actress Lara Dutta was also ‘dating’ Golf Champion Tiger Woods for some time!
A year after Lara won the Miss Universe pageant, the rumor was going on that Lara might have dated Tiger for a while.
USA Today in
the year 2001 stated: “And, oh yes. He (Tiger Woods) denied that he was dating Miss Universe Lara Dutta of India.”
The US tabloid reported that Tiger also denied “trying to steal Lara from New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter”.
“Nothing more than gossip, probably put out by Dutta’s camp, the Woods Foundation people surmise,” the report added.
Lara Dutta had won the Miss Universe title and Priyanka Chopra had won the Miss World title, and it was an open secret that Tiger Woods was dating one of the two Indian beauties
Since all the affairs of Tiger are coming out one by one, the buzz is that Lara Dutta may
also have dated with the the golfer for a short while.
