Despite a famously hectic work schedule that includes American Idol and radio hosting duties, a men's clothing line and multi-platform producing gigs, Ryan Seacrest is squeezing in a little romance.
Seacrest, 40, has gone on a few dates with former Miss Teen USA Hilary Cruz, PEOPLE confirms.
"It's new," a source close to Seacrest tells PEOPLE. "They're having fun."
The couple, who met through mutual friends, are taking things slow. They've enjoyed low-key dinner dates, and Cruz stopped by Idol toward the end of last season.
