Stephen John Nash, OC, OBC (born February 7, 1974) is a retired Canadian professional basketball player who played in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He currently serves as a player development consultant for the Golden State Warriors. Nash was an eight-time NBA All-Star and a two-time recipient of the NBA Most Valuable Player Award. The 6 ft 3 in (1.91 m) point guard also led the league in assists five times.
